AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER… BOOKS:
* Shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella: This is the first book in a series that is funny, romantic, and it takes the main character, Rebecca, from broke in a dead end job to married to the guy of her dreams, with a baby. There are always problems, but Shopaholic always finds a way out of them, to happiness. If you’re looking specifically for the wedding book – it’s Shopaholic Ties the Knot, but you should read all of them so that you fall in love with Rebecca too.
* Queen of Babble by Meg Cabot: This is the first book in a series too, about Lizzie, a girl who is fresh out of college and dreams of being a fashion designer. She has thus far been unlucky in love, but things are about to change when she unexpectedly changes her summer plans and heads off to work in a French chateau for a summer… If you’re looking specifically for the wedding book – it’s Queen of Babble Gets Hitched, but you should read all of them, so that you share in all of Lizzie’s adventures.
GOING TO A WEDDING… BOOKS:
* Something Borrowed by Emily Giffin: Rachel’s friend Darcy is getting married…only on her thirtieth birthday, Rachel confesses her feelings of love to Darcy’s fiance! And, he feels the same way! Sometimes love isn’t so neat and tidy…
* Every Boy’s Got One by Meg Cabot: Jane’s friends are eloping in Italy and she and the best man, Cal, are going to witness it. Only it’s hate at first sight for Jane and Cal. Still, they’re going to have to put that behind them, if they want to help their friends get married!
Enjoy the love stories!
